Terms Of Service for the use of my art.
if you commission me then you agree to all of the following TOS.
I WILL draw oc's, fanart, furries, and blood.
I will NOT draw NSFW, strong gore, and fetish art.
My art is not to be used for AI or NFT purposes. I have the right to use any art I draw to promote my commissions and can post on any of my social media accounts. Please credit me if you decide to post the commission yourself. Any commission you receive can be used as references for other commissioner's or artists in the future. Any commissioned art is not to be used for commercial use unless discussed further. I will receive half the payment before the process and the other half at the end when the finished result is sent to the commissioner. If the commissioner cancels the commission before it is finished then they will get 50% of whatever money was paid in advance.
During the prosses if a commissioner would like to make revisions they have the right to make up to 6 of them as to not repeat changes or make any last second decisions. Lastly, depending on the complexity of the commission and my personal life we can set a deadline for any payments or the art itself to be finished.
